Levels: 118 and above
Duration: 4 months
This
course is, by far, the most academically challenging and mentally
demanding course that SEC has to offer. The EAP program is a special
course of study designed to help students perform at their highest
potential in an English academic environment. Students can enter the
EAP Program from SEC level 8.
The EAP
Program provides a strong emphasis on the students' ability to perform
at a level that ensures high performance in the university and/or
college level.
Students will learn to master their skills
to a university level in:
Research
Group discussion
Essay writing
Presentations/mini-presentations
Quizzes/tests (The tests are based on Cambridge exams)
1. The application procedure:
Students
who are interested in entering college/university will need to be
enrolled in the EAP Program. Only students who have successfully
completed the EAP program can obtain admission to a chosen
college/university.
Successful completion will be based on the following:
Passing mark on the Cambridge Exams
Attendance
Participation
Writing
Reading
Please note:
Specific admission requirements may be necessary in order to obtain
admission to specific programs (e.g. School of Sciences, Engineering
related programs, etc.)

Should
students need assistance in choosing a college or university, we will
provide the following guidance to help them achieve their academic
goals:
Information and counseling on determining the program of study at a school of their choice.
Information on the necessary document submission in order to complete the application procedure.
Please note: All documents/transcripts must be translated into English.
