The Business Protocol Diploma program is geared towards advanced-level students wishing to maximize their oral ability for survival in the real world.



Key components of the course:


  • Case study analysis.
  • Role plays and situations which are germane to real life business situations.
  • Participation in vocabulary building exercises.
  • Role plays are recorded and analyzed for professional language accuracy.

The practical knowledge, situational skills, and vocabulary building done during this course are all ways of increasing oral ability and confidence before the students are sent home.


The course breaks down into 3 classes:


1. Presentation Skills:


  • Essential training for future job interviews, meetings or presentations.
  • Formal oral communication and professionalism practice in the English language.
  • Effective communication and presentation of ideas and materials in a concise manner in front of an audience.

2. Professional Situational Skills:


  • A unique approach to oral language practice.
  • Students first take a variety of case studies to discuss and analyse in order to then role-play the scenario.
  • The case scenarios are regularly video recorded by the teacher.

3. Professional Language Accuracy:


  • The video-recorded material made in Professional Situational Skills is used to offer students feedback and essential review of the targeted language.
  • Students will also work on developing their reading and writing comprehension, as well as their listening and pronunciation skills.
