Upper Career College of Business and Technology (UCCBT) & SEC


Students completing the ESL advanced level 8 at SEC can successfully gain admission into the college. Students entering UCCBT will still be considered transfer students through a third-party agency (SEC).
This means students will still follow the same rules and regulations as all other SEC students.

As a function of the academic and business relationshipbetween SEC and UCCBT, both organizations will work together closely to provide the same level of exceptional service and education through our joint programs and opportunities to both local and international students.

The UCCBT and SEC advantage:


  • Highly developed academic curriculums as UCCBT has been approved under the Private Career Colleges Act.
  • Shared building with separate facilities so students can easily transfer to UCCBT after they complete their SEC studies.
