Registration procedure to SEC Inc.


(Toronto and Vancouver Campus)



 

How can I register at SEC Inc.?

Visit SEC in person, go to our website, or take a look at the SEC brochure.

Choose a program and classes you are interested in.

Register at SEC, through our website, or through one of our representative agencies in your area.

SEC will then confirm your registration and send the invoices to you as well as an introduction letter.
a) As you receive the invoices, please make the payments to SEC Inc. You will find SEC Bank account information
    at the bottom of the invoice.
b) Payments by bank draft or money order will also be possible.

Upon payment, a Letter of Acceptance will be issued.

If requested at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival, homestay and airport pickup information will be provided to you as well.
At this time, you may apply for your visitor/student visa at the nearest Canadian consulate or embassy
    and attach the letter of acceptance to obtain your visa.

On the first day of school at 9:00 am, you will take a placement test and have an orientation to the school and to Toronto or Vancouver .
a) The duration of the placement test will be 2:15 min. It will include grammar, vocabulary, written and conversation test.
b) After the testing procedure, students will also have an orientation to the school policies, will meet SEC staff/counselors
    and have a walking tour around the neighborhood.
c) Students will also have the school policies explained to them, including the English Only Policy.

Based on your test results, you will be placed in the appropriate classes the following day.

Your class schedule will also be provided; you will be able to purchase course materials/books as required.
